Use

After cleansing, spray 2–3 pumps onto a cotton round and gently sweep over the face and neck, avoiding the immediate eye area.

Use morning and/or evening according to skin tolerance.

Follow with your preferred Meta serum and moisturizer.

During the day, finish with Canopy SPF40.

If using other exfoliating or resurfacing products, adjust frequency according to your skin's tolerance.
